Taal Vista Hotel (Tagaytay City)

 Taal Vista Hotel is definitely one of the best hotels in Tagaytay City. It commands a very good view of the Taal Volcano and the surrounding areas along the ridge. The hotel also has an excellent location. It is just walking distance from Casino Filipino and Sky Ranch. Since the hotel is located in Tagaytay City, there are several places of interest that you can visit while staying at this hotel. 

This hotel has been a favorite place to escape the stress that is Metro Manila. During this time of the pandemic, managing stress and anxiety is very important. Stress is often cited as one of the reasons for someone to get sick due to a weakened immune system. It is, therefore, a good idea to find a way to relax and enjoy a moment of calm.

I consider the price of the hotel as reasonable given its ambiance and amenities. Sometimes, it is better to stay in a “pricier” hotel provided you get the relaxation that you need. If you really intend to find a sanctuary in Tagaytay, Taal Vista Hotel is one hotel that should be on your list.

I was thankful that the government already allowed travel to Tagaytay at the time of our visit. An indication that somehow the Covid 19 pandemic is getting under control. News that we are all been waiting to hear. I really think that mass vaccination is the key to control this pandemic.

Taal Vista Hotel when we arrived, appears to be well prepared against the spread of the virus. The room where we stayed appears to be clean and sanitized. There are notices in several areas in the hotel that reminds everyone to observe government-imposed health protocols such as social distancing, use of face masks, and face shields. The hotel also smells clean and everything appears to be well maintained.  There are beautiful plants where you can rest your eyes and feel connected with nature. 

Taal Vista Hotel is also historical and has been the favorite of past Presidents and important personalities. The hotel had guests that are prominent or well known in various fields. There is a video near the lobby of the hotel that tells the history of Taal Vista Hotel.

If you happen to visit Tagaytay and you desire a very relaxing stay, Taal Vista Hotel is a very good option.
