Why it is important to know the "why" in your life?

“He who has a why to live for can bear almost any how.” – from the book “Man’s Search for Meaning” by Viktor Frankl

You got to have a reason to live! If you do not have one, find one! That one good enough reason why you need to wake up every day will carry you through whatever challenge there is. You need to find that “why” for you to be inspired and for you to inspire others. Once you find that why in your life, you will become unstoppable!

Some people have spent a lifetime finding their “why” in this World. There are the lucky ones who at the very moment they become aware of the world around them, immediately knew “why” they were born in this world. But, for those who never found their “why” or their reason for being, life will just be an endless merry-go-round. The true meaning of life will pass without them knowing it.

Once you realize the “why” in your life nothing becomes unbearable. You immediately began to discover the beauty of the world. You start to live in the moment. You wake up in the morning excited. The world is no longer a boring box but something that you hope for. There will always be a lot of things to create and fulfill. The “why” in your life will give you the motivation, energy, and passion to go on despite any obstacle. There is nothing that will hinder you from fulfilling your dreams. The “why” in your life makes life fun and worth living. To find your “why” in your life, start by asking yourself what are the things that make you happy. What are those things that you do that you find a feeling of fulfillment? Find yourself a quiet place and ask yourself what are those that you feel happy doing.

Once you figure out those things that make you happy, without expecting payment or anything in return, it may lead you to your “why” in your life. If you are happy doing that thing without expecting anything in return it may be because you have a passion for it. It could be that “why” you have been looking for!

In this world and time, where it is easy to get lost or lose focus, finding your “why” and sticking to it has been difficult. More often, we find our “why” and then forget about it. Try to look back and recall those things that made you happy or gave you that feeling of self-fulfillment. Once you remember it, get back and start doing it again! Nothing prevents you from doing what makes you happy!

Once you find your “why” in this world, no amount of force can stop you from living an inspiring life! Once you began to live an inspiring life, you will also inspire those around you.
