A Walk in the Park in Canada
Whenever
I have the time, I usually take a walk or a short hike in parks here in Toronto
Canada. Some of the parks that I have already visited are Guild Park andGardens, Valley Land Trail, Morningside Park, and Grey Abbey Park. These parks
are very accessible, open to the public, and relatively safe. These parks are
either a bus ride away or just a few minutes' walk from where I am staying.
During good weather, walking in any of these parks provide a sense of calmness. A sense of communing with nature. There is some kind of therapeutic benefit to walking inside these parks. Somehow, in just a few moments of peace, you find to be more positive about life. It is easy to forget about your problems the moment your lost, not literally, in these parks.
Inside the park, I noticed an explosion of colors among the trees. At first glance, it appears that the tree is burning. The yellowish and red color of the leaves resembles a flame. Science says this is nature’s transformation from summer to winter. Leaves are falling at a more rapid rate. Leaves are scattered on the ground as if to forget the time and how alive and vibrant they were on the branches.
The falling of the leaves is not only a transformation. It also serves as a reminder. Each leaf that falls to the ground serves as a reminder that one day, we will be there at the end of the line. There is nothing permanent in this world. There is a time that you are all green and vibrant. But, when autumn comes, after those beautiful colors, the last leaf will eventually fall. Yet soon enough new leaves will come into being. In springtime, everything will come back to life.
One of the best ways to see autumn is in several parks in Canada. Parks in Canada are stunning during autumn! You can have yourself immersed in the vibrant colors of nature. It is as if you are in the middle of an enchanted place whenever you are in a park in Canada.
Try taking a short walk in one of these parks to see what I mean. Try to relieve yourself from stress by walking in a park. I find walking a very effective way to get some exercise and to think or somehow reconnect and see a different perspective of the world around us.
