Why I Enjoy Going to the Library in Toronto, Canada

There is a coffee shop on the ground floor before the entrance at the Toronto Public Library in Yonge Street, Canada. If you like to read a book while sipping your favorite cup of coffee, this is a very good place. The coffee shop has glass walls where you can see what is happening on the street. It is easy to imagine how relaxing it would be to sit in a corner and read your favorite book.

When I entered the Toronto Public Library in Yonge street, I was amazed how huge it was. The design of the library is beautiful with several floors. From the design of the building, you can immediately see the other floors where there are thousands of books for you to read. The library provides that ideal, quite and safe space for studying, writing, researching or to simply read and enjoy a good book.

The process of borrowing and returning books is also very easy to follow. You can check out books by scanning the book and your library card. The procedure in borrowing and returning books is very user friendly. The staff in the library are very helpful. If you got any question about a book just ask the library staff. Whenever I have the time, I usually walk to the Toronto Public Library in Guildwood.

All you need is a library card which will only take you only a few minutes to get one. To get a library card, all you must have is an Identification Card or any document that would confirm you are a resident of Toronto. Aside from books and magazines, the library card can be used to borrow a different materials including musical instruments.
