Why You Should Continue Riding a Bicycle



Riding a bicycle is one of my favorite activities. It is a physical activity with various health benefits. If you feel stressed, try riding bicycle! Whatever life throws at you, riding a bicycle will always remind you that life is good!

In summer, more people are riding bicycles. A bicycle is a very convenient and reliable form of transportation. You do not need gasoline or any other forms of expensive fuel to power your bicycle. All you need is your own muscle and energy to pedal a bicycle to your chosen destination. 


Biking in the morning is also a great way to start your day. When you ride a bicycle, you would feel more connected to the environment.  The moment you start to pedal your bike, you will immediately and definitely feel that you are in full control of your life.


In Ontario, Canada, riding a bicycle is very popular. I always see bicycles everywhere. In parks and in Downtown, Toronto,  there are bicycles that you can rent.
